NET Park, Phase 3

This development comprises multiple buildings across a sloping site with variable ground conditions, providing flexible spaces for prospective scientific businesses. Different possible applications, as well as the potential for alterations, were carefully considered in the structural design. The minimisation of embodied carbon was a key driver throughout the design process.
