Frank has recently joined Jasper Kerr as a Civil Engineer.
He has three years’ experience working within engineering consultancy, specialising in drainage and highway design across a variety of sectors.
Outside of work, Frank likes to ride and race bikes, explore the northeast by foot and experiment with recipes.
